Yummy Yummy Bar Restaurant
The spaces will be used as a bar / restaurant equipped with a lab for ice cream production. The indoor layout is reorganized to guarantee an appropriate premises use, while the existing appearance and dimensions don’t change except for those openings which did not satisfy the Window/Floor Ratio. The project distinguishes two main functional areas: the food preparation area and administration area that corresponds to the 60% of the total area, with 57 seats. Preparation area design required critical attention for the necessary staff operations, safety and comfort considering also two separated, dirty and clean, paths. The layout spaces allow a work flow through the premises from the point of delivery to the point of sale or service with the minimum obstruction between the “clean” and “dirty” operations and paths.
